Agility meets resilience – agility meets resilience

Companies make themselves fit for the future and rely on agile methods, processes and structures in the transformation in their organization. In order for these changes to be successful and sustainable, CEOs and team leaders should realise that agile work can only succeed with resilient managers and teams.

But what does resilience mean in this context, what can the decision-makers do?

Resilience is the ability to adapt to constant changes and challenges and to react in situ and adequately. Resilience ensures performance and prevents burnout. Resilience is physiologically measurable and trainable.

The heart rate variability (HRV) is the ability of the heartbeat to adapt to different stress situations. With HRV measuring systems, each individual heartbeat is detected over one minute according to a standardized method. Various HRV parameters (dynamics, flexibility, toneus) are calculated and evaluated, the basis for a targeted resilience training.

We regularly conduct seminars in the form of a “8 weeks in-house training”, and a daily breath-resilience exercise.

We would like to offer you the opportunity to align yourself and their employees on the way to agility – please contact us.

We are happy to organize an entry-level workshop in your house, because who understands can act themselves – sustainability is guaranteed.

Guideline: Use of heart rate and heart rate variability in occupational medicine and occupational science

“This guideline has been developed for occupational medical and scientific use in practice and research in order to complete the assessment of exposures and the assessment of occupational hazards by objective physiological stress parameters. The guideline gives an overview of the factors influencing the regulation of heart rate and heart rate variability in peace and under the conditions of workloads. ‘
