Each thought is an energy discharge in the brain (an electromagnetic pulse with about 20-40 microvolt), which comes up and flies. To be aware of this energy and to experience the loving handling of it is a goal of our meditations. If we become aware, we can more and more calm our thoughts and come into conscious silence, the conscious moment.

Together we experience this silence in our individual or group meditations and exchange ourselves, show ways and possibilities and talk about the experiences we have made.

Welcome to one of the oldest and most complete collections of meditation techniques that humanity knows. The Vigyan Bhairava Tantra is not an ordinary spiritual text. It is not a philosophy for studying, no theory for understanding, no doctrine for faith.
