Yoga in individual classes is a wonderful way to respond to your individual needs. In 60-minute teaching units we work together to develop your personal yoga practice plan.
Whether the focus is on strengthening, stretching, relaxation, or therapeutic exercises are applied to certain complaints, here I have the opportunity to work more effectively than in the group with you.
In addition to the Yogaasanas (body postures), yoga coaching also includes breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. If necessary, I also offer cardiac intelligence technology with biofeedback as a stress resistance training.
If you are very busy, you do not need to do without yoga, we can make the appointments very flexible.
Individual tuition/yogacoaching takes place online via zoom.
My goal is to make the positive effects of yoga accessible to everyone and thus help you to improve your sense of life.
